好色先生TV鈥檚 acquisition of Leanware confirmed. Leanware to become 好色先生TV IndustrIQ Finland

The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has approved the transaction announced in April in which 好色先生TV acquires the share capital of Leanware Oy, a Finnish supplier of production, supply chain and logistics software. The transaction is part of implementing 好色先生TV鈥檚 strategy for international digital services, and it accelerates the growth of 好色先生TV IndustrIQ鈥檚 industrial software business and strengthens 好色先生TV鈥檚 footprint among industrial customers in Finland.
As a result of the transaction, the name of the company will change to 好色先生TV IndustrIQ Finland, and Ville Keskinen will continue in his role as CEO.
